  • mental and physical health

  • social and relationship skills

  • quality of life

Our wonderful team provide specialised therapies and teach skills to address more complex behaviours and needs.

Partnerships

We help connecting clients to holistic community-based supports to enhance recovery.

Wonderful Mind is a NDIS registered provider delivering services through centre-based, outreach and online methods. Our partnerships enable us to seamlessly connect clients to a range of local supports and services in their own communities, for an integrated and holistic care experience.

Measuring outcomes

Monitoring client recovery, improving service delivery and evaluating our impact is what we value most.

Outcome measures enhance our practice's accountability by enabling us and our clients to assess the effectiveness of our services, keep track of clients’ progress against their recovery plans and provide evidence of success to our funder and partners.

Holistic Approach to psychotherapy

At Wonderful Mind we value mind and body approach to therapy which includes a large and diverse group of procedures or techniques that are administered or taught by our trained practitioners and instructors. This includes techniques such as meditation, visual imagery, cognitive–behavioural therapy, EMDR, expressive arts, and animal assisted therapy as well as martial arts and self-defence techniques. This would assist our client to choose their pathway of recovery and to have a better awareness of both their mind and body.
